I had no idea we could write stuff under this here picture!

I'm a hopeful, albeit struggling, photographer just trying to make a mark in the plethora of photos that is deviantART. I also write from time to time, and have been known amongst friends to be quite critical of things - especially things that aren't worth the time and energy used in being critical. But oh well - maybe I'm weird like that.

Journal History

Grease is the Word.

Over the past couple months, students from all over London, Ontario have been participating in the High School Project production of Grease, at London's Grand Theatre.

I applied for position as photographer of the production, and was taking photos of the entire production process, as well as the rehearsals.

I requested that the Grand set up a Flickr account so I could showcase photos I had taken of the performers. They set one up, and let me run and control it.

Whenever I had photos that were edited and ready to go, I uploaded them.

On the Flickr are just under 400 photos of the whole process.

The show ran from September 22 to October 3 (last night) and was sold out in no time. The show got great reviews and the students themselves couldnt have done a better job.
